Khalil brings 25+ years of experience in internet services, data centers, and cloud infrastructure across multiple regions. He holds a Master’s in Telecommunications and completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
He founded kloudr in 2018 to help organizations adopt, optimize, and secure multi-cloud environments and accelerate AI transformation.

Giselle Maghzal

CFO

Giselle brings 30+ years of experience managing and advising companies across multiple industries and regions. At kloudr, she leads financial strategy and operations and supports the company’s expansion across new markets. She focuses on building strong financial structures and partnerships to enable sustainable, scalable growth.

Malek Bachir

Operations Director

Malek oversees the delivery of secure, scalable multi-cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. He ensures operational excellence while driving cloud security, performance, and strategic initiatives.
